Serving the Northern California area Access Control, CCTV, Alarm/Burglary
A well designed monitoring and administrative system ties all the security components together. Any alarms generated by your system are immediately sent to our central monitoring station, which is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Based on parameters you define during the system design, the monitoring station will take appropriate action. In most cases, they will first attempt to call your facility to determine that this is not a false alarm. If there is no answer, they would then notify the proper authorities. This "check first" system reduces false alarms. This can be especially beneficial in local environments where Public Safety charges after a prescribed number of false alarms. However, in the case of a true emergency (fire or panic buttons), help is summoned immediately.
It is even possible to have portable panic buttons available for selected employees that work in vulnerable areas or after hours. A simple push of the button on a fob will immediately signal that there is an emergency and the monitoring station will place a call to public safety.
Monitoring extends beyond burglary alarms. It also covers false codes entered on a keypad, fire alarms, intrusion alarms, etc.
